Business Development Manager - Europe

The Company

Our Client is an international wealth management firm with offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. They provide investment advice to HNW clients in all aspects of financial planning, especially pensions.

They are expanding their EU presence and are looking for experienced BDMs to join their team. Successful applicants will be provided with excellent training and career path progression. This is ideal for people who want to embark on a career in financial services in the offshore market with a guaranteed monthly income and the opportunity to earn additional income through helping to generate new business. This is a remote based role so candidates can be based anywhere in the UK or EU.

Candidate Profile: 

•          Experience within a target-driven environment
•          Experience within a phone/video-based role
•          Excellent communicator and listener
•          Ability to implement sales techniques over the phone
•          Self-motivated and proactive
•          Great phone manner and objection handling
•          The ability to develop rapport and trust with prospects

 

Candidate package:

• Monthly retainer of 1,600 Euro plus 10% of gross commissions generated by the financial planners being supported
