Our Client is
headquartered in Singapore and provides independent financial advice to HNW Clients
across Asia. Their dedicated, high quality wealth management service provides
Clients with comprehensive advice on investments, insurance and tax planning. The company has licenses and product provider agreements in place to offer qualified and transparent advice to their Clients.
They are now expanding their business in Asia and are looking to agree practice buy outs (PBOs) with experienced financial advisers with client books who are either looking to move to a different location or possibly leave the industry. This is an ideal opportunity for advisers who want to realise a monetary value for the business they have built.
Locations - Our Client is seeking to agree
PBOs with Financial Advisers based across Asia, but, in particular:
Profile - Financial Advisers:
in Asia, preferably with at least 3+ years working as an adviser
FUM of USD $4M or more
deal primarily with pensions and lump sum business (not regular premiums)
or part of a brokerage
Financial Adviser PBO:
based on multiples of annual recurring income
payments in stages, to be agreed with our Client
- Clients to be managed
through a coordinated transition and ongoing management by Singapore MAS
qualified advisers, ensuring advisers can exit their business, confident
in the knowledge that their loyal client base will continue to receive an
excellent standard of service.
