Financial Planner - Europe

The Company

Our Client is a fully regulated international professional services firm with offices in the UK, Europe and Asia. They provide qualified and bespoke financial services to private clients advising on pensions, investments and retirement planning. They are growing their team in Belgium and have a vacancy for a Financial Planner to join the firm at their office in Brussels. Our Client has a dedicated advisory team, supported by client executives, paraplanners, compliance and administration.

Candidate Profile. Candidates will:

• Be Level 4 UK DipFS qualified or equivalent e.g. QFA.
• PCP or RD qualified with the FSMA Belgian regulator (or be able to take these exams in French, Dutch or possibly English)
• Ideally be eligible to live and work in the EU (if not, visa requirements can be discussed)
• Ideally have some clients to transfer although this is not essential.
• Have at least 2 years' financial services experience in a client facing role.
• Have a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and client satisfaction metrics.
• Be experienced in dealing with clients and able to build clients through referrals and networking.
• Be client focused, reliable, professional and ethical.
• Have an understanding of French or Dutch. 
• Be based within commuting distance of Brussels or able to relocate to Brussels.
