team, supported by client relationship managers, compliance and administration.

over 25 years' experience in the industry.
- Is authorised and regulated by CySEC (Cyprus),
with permissions to operate across the EU under IDD and Mifid.
- Is committed to providing independent
and ethical financial services.
- Has an Investment Committee made up of
senior investment specialists.
- Is focused on providing advice to fit
clients' individual circumstances.
- Adheres to regulatory standards and
company policies.
- Collaborates with other professionals
including estate agents, solicitors and accountants to provide holistic
financial solutions for clients.
- Provides a supportive and collaborative
work environment.
Candidate Profile. Candidates
will:
- Be Level 4 UK DipFS qualified/ Cyprus
CySec Advanced or equivalent e.g. QFA.
- Maintain suitable qualifications and
complete CPD as required.
- Ideally have some clients to transfer
although this is not essential.
- Have at least 2 years' financial
services experience.
- Have a proven track record of success
in meeting or exceeding sales targets and client satisfaction metrics.
- Be experienced in dealing with HNW
clients and able to build clients through referrals and networking.
- Be client focused, reliable,
professional and ethical.
- Be experienced meeting clients in
person or online e.g. via Teams.
- Be based in the EU or able to relocate
to the EU.
