An opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser from Malta.

Established in 2005, our Client is a global asset management firm, headquartered in the UK with offices in Dubai, Malta, Ireland and Switzerland. Our Client offers international
wealth management solutions to private and institutional investors, as well as
services for intermediaries, corporations and financial advisers. They provide financial
planning expertise in HNW advice, portfolio management, property finance,
retirement and intergenerational wealth. As a business that continues to grow
and evolve, they are now seeking a Financial Adviser for Malta.
Our Client
- Is authorised and regulated in the UK
(FCA), Dubai (SCA) and Malta (MFSA).
- Is MiFID II and IDD licensed (UK and
EU), allowing them to serve clients in any European jurisdiction.
- Has a UK and UAE mortgage license.
- Is able to act for US connected persons.
- Has dedicated Compliance and Operations
teams in the UK covering their multi license business.
- Has an in-house FinTech software
company delivering a state of the art platform to advisers and their clients.
- Offers their advisers a complete and
centralised proposition from licensing, compliance, products, processes and
lead generation.
- Has a centralised investment process
with a managed portfolio range to suit all investment profiles and wealth
segments.
- Is developing a tax advisory practice.
Candidate Profile. Candidates will:- Be a resident of Malta with expat
clients and a good knowledge of IDD with insurance qualifications. The
successful candidate will need to become MFSA and/or FCA registered.
- Have at least 3 years' financial
services experience.
- Be self-employed or employed.
- Have a minimum Euro 5M AUM that can be transferred.
- Be experienced in dealing with HNW
clients and able to build clients through referrals.
- Be client focused, ethical and accountable.
Candidate Package includes:
- Salary commensurate with AUM being
transferred plus share of new business fees and ongoing management fees.
- Regular monthly calls and sales
meetings.
- Full training on the company's systems
and processes, with specialist product and investment support.
- Full support with
transferring clients to ensure minimum disruption.
