Our Client provides integrated tax, wealth management and estate planning services to private clients in Europe. With offices in the UK and Europe, they are currently seeking Business Development Associates to join their UK team which is based in central London. However, they offer flexible working opportunities so applicants can be based remotely. 

Key responsibilities:

• Dealing with both new and existing clients telephone enquiries (inbound and also outbound calls)
• Identifying, understanding and giving priority to meeting the needs of clients
• Providing support to field-based Advisers
• Provide an exceptional level of customer service
• Maintain and improve product and industry knowledge

Candidate Profile

• Must possess basic financial services knowledge and be keen to develop a career in financial services
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively, delivering a high-quality service in good time
• Candidates must be able to work as part of a team
• Previous experience in inbound and/or outbound telephone, sales or customer service preferred but not essential
