authorised by the FCA. Established in 1998, this SME firm specialises in
providing advice to both private and corporate clients for all their financial
planning requirements, especially pensions, tax and investments.
With more than $100M in
funds under advice, they are keen to continue to meet the needs of their existing
clients whilst growing the business. They now have a vacancy for an
experienced, qualified senior financial adviser to join their team. The role is
employed and will be based in London but with flexible working. This is a rare

retention of clients and new business developed through referrals.

Main Duties:
- Servicing existing
clients professionally and thoroughly but also with efficiency and empathy
- Learning, understanding and applying the company's systems and procedures to service existing
clients
- Meeting compliance
and servicing targets as set out by the company (bonus related)
- To understand
clients' current investments and future requirements, and to provide
ongoing advice to meet the needs of clients
- Carrying out
technical advisory work, using the company's systems and resources
- Providing a reliable and regular single
point of contact to clients
- Working
efficiently and collaboratively with a team of outsourced administrators and reporting to the company directors
- Conducting regular
client reviews in person or via video conference
- Overseeing the drafting and distribution of quarterly private client reports
Candidate Profile - Financial Advisers:
- Qualified
to minimum Level 4 Diploma
- FCA
registered with CAS and SPS as well as up to date CPD
- Established
in the UK, ideally with 5+ years' post qualification experience
- Experience
of working in an employed role
- Proficient
in advising on technical aspects of pensions, tax and investments
- Client
focused i.e. striving for the very best outcomes for clients
- Ethical,
trustworthy, professional and personable in outlook
- Articulate
and confident meeting people
