Our Client is based in the City of London and is directly authorised by the FCA. Established in 1998, this SME firm specialises in providing advice to both private and corporate clients for all their financial planning requirements, especially pensions, tax and investments.

With more than GBP 100M in funds under advice, they are keen to continue to meet the needs of their existing clients whilst growing the business. Our Client is seeking a highly competent and experienced Financial Services Administration to support their team of financial advisors. This pivotal role involves managing client communications, processing new business and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed with precision and efficiency. The role is employed and will be based in London. Key responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and financial advisers. 
  • Handle client inquiries and manage sensitive information with utmost discretion. 
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings and documentation. 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an IFA office or similar financial environment. 
  • Strong organisational skills. 
  • Proficiency in financial services software and MS office. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem solving. 
  • Ethical, trustworthy, professional and personable in outlook
