What are we looking for????

Recruitment Consultants. Although at ifamatch.com you may be known as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, depending on your experience. You will be recruiting within Financial Services sector, both regulated and non-regulated, and you will be given access to our full range of candidates and clients. 

What will we give you????

You will be supplied with Clients and Candidates to begin with along with an excellent web-enabled support system to ensure that everything you do is properly managed and easily tracked (by you). You will have extensive training and we will provide careful supervision to ensure you get off to the best possible start. Once established, we will work with you to ensure that you develop your own successful practice. And, who knows, perhaps we will help you set up your own recruitment business in your own name???

What skills do you need????

Previous experience in recruitment and/or sales would be preferred but is not essential. However, excellent communication skills are essential ??? you will, after all, be speaking to candidates and discussing different job roles with them on behalf of our blue-chip clients.

What else do you need????

?? You will have a good academic record but be entrepreneurial in outlook

?? You will be have a competitive edge and the tenacity necessary to succeed

?? You will have an engaging personality allied to ambitious career aspirations

?? You will be prepared to work hard, be comfortable operating in a goal-driven environment and enjoy achieving sales targets
