Candidate Profile - Financial Advisers:
- Qualified to minimum Level 4 Diploma
- FCA registered
- Self-motivated, driven and hungry for
business
- Ability to work as part of a team but
also independently
- Able to attend company meetings weekly

- Articulate and professional
- Energetic, able to hit the ground
running
- Comfortable calling clients on the
phone to book in appointments
- Able to meet clients via video
meetings, calls or in person
- Driving license
