An opportunity for an experienced financial services administrator to join our Client in London. This is an employed, full-time position. Hybrid working. Up to GBP 50k salary plus bonus/benefits.

Our Client is seeking a highly competent and experienced Financial Services Administrator to support their team of financial advisors. Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and financial advisers.
- Handle client inquiries and manage sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Support the processing of new business and client onboarding.
Candidate Profile:
- At least five years of experience in an IFA office or similar financial environment.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in financial services software and MS office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ethical, trustworthy, professional and personable in outlook
- Articulate and confident meeting people
