Our Client is an independently owned wealth management firm in the UK that is directly authorised by the FCA. They have vacancies for independent financial advisers who may want to work from overseas occasionally or live offshore. Opportunities are on a self-employed basis giving advisers the freedom to work remotely whilst benefitting from the firm's platform, proposition and modern infrastructure, including AI within their tech stack. This is an ideal opportunity for network and AR advisers, sole practitioners and advisers planning an exit in the next five years or so.
This is going to be of interest if you: - are at least Level 4 Diploma qualified with current SPS. Being Chartered or STEP qualified will be advantageous
- have a clean FCA record and clean complaints history
- have a transparent, fee charging background (existing rates with clients will continue)
- have worked as a qualified financial adviser for at least five years, with an existing client bank
- want lifestyle flexibility to support your clients from anywhere in the UK and/or abroad
- are relationship and planning led rather than transactional
- have a transferable client book of at least GBP 15M
- want to build a long-term practice, are comfortable with firm-level governance and documentation discipline
They can offer: - directly authorised independence
- an evidence-backed MPS range to select from
- modern infrastructure that is already in place and works
- the freedom to work from anywhere, whether it is in the UK, relocating or spending time abroad, with PI arrangements and operational infrastructure to enable this
- transparent revenue split terms and pre-agreed first right to buy the adviser's client book
- a relationship that is tripartite: client, adviser and the firm
- in-house specialist capability including cross-border and STEP qualified trust and estate expertise
- support with transferring clients
- an exit strategy
A role with our Client is designed to give advisers the independence and autonomy of running their own firm, without bearing the regulatory load, the infrastructure costs or the isolation that comes with it. |
